By using JetCaller, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined here. These terms govern your use of our browser-based international calling service available at jetcaller.com.

Service Description

Our service allows you to make and receive voice calls worldwide directly from your browser. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to suspend service for any misuse or violation of these terms. Users are strictly prohibited from using the platform for illegal activities, scams, or mass calling operations. Any such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of remaining credits.

Account Registration

To use JetCaller, you need to create an account:

• Sign up using your email address or Google account
• No phone number verification or document upload required
• Your first call is free to help you experience our service
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

Credits and Payments

Calls are charged based on our published rates. Credits must be purchased in advance to make calls. The minimum credit purchase is $5.00 (5 credits), where 1 credit equals $1.00 USD. We reserve the right to modify our rates with notice.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds on unused credits for customers who are not satisfied with our service. To request a refund, please contact our support team at gowrisankarkalla4@gmail.com. Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that refund requests may be denied if a substantial portion of the credit package has been consumed. Users who have violated our terms and conditions, including but not limited to engaging in illegal activities, scams, or mass calling operations, are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. We also provide make-up credits for calls that do not work as expected. Our goal is to ensure you receive the service quality you expect, and we stand behind our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Our service depends on third-party providers (including Twilio and internet service providers), and occasional interruptions may occur. We will do our best to minimize any disruptions.

Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time through your account settings. We may also terminate or suspend your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• We detect fraudulent or abusive activity
• Required by law or legal process

Limitation of Liability

Call To JetCaller is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount of credits you have purchased in the past 12 months.

Phone numbers

JetCaller allows you to purchase virtual phone numbers to receive calls, or bring your own number (BYON) to our platform. By using the BYON feature, you confirm that you are the authorized owner of the number and have the legal right to use and port it. JetCaller is not responsible for any service disruptions caused during or after the porting process.

Emergency Calls

JetCaller is not a replacement for traditional phone service and should not be used for emergency calls. We cannot guarantee reliable access to emergency services. Please use a traditional phone line for emergency calls.

Privacy and Call Data

We collect and store call metadata and call logs as required for billing and service improvement. Call content is not recorded or stored. We also store contacts you add to the platform. Your use of our service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which you should review to understand our practices.

Changes to Terms
